FROM MACHINE DESIGN TO COMPLETE-LINE INTEGRATION
ULTRA equipment is developed as part of a production system, not as an isolated machine.
Our engineering work considers the complete process — from the parent roll and converting section through accumulation, cutting and downstream packaging — so that each stage is specified around the product and output required.
Manufacturing and assembly are supported by direct engineering oversight, with attention to machine construction, component selection, controls, accessibility and serviceability.
For complete-line projects, Alvarez ULTRA works from the required finished product backward to define the machinery, automation and downstream configuration needed for the application.

Manuel Alvarez Founder & President
Alvarez ULTRA was founded by Manuel Alvarez after decades spent designing, developing and commercializing tissue converting machinery across North America, Europe and Asia.
His career spans tissue manufacturing, high-speed rewinder development, international machine engineering and the creation of converting platforms built for producers around the world.
After years working across the industry and helping develop production systems in Europe and Asia, Alvarez founded ULTRA with a clear objective: maintain direct control over machine design, manufacturing quality and long-term customer support.
That engineering philosophy remains at the center of every ULTRA line today.
