TOILET TISSUE
Consumer toilet rolls from 1–3 ply web, 14–30 gsm. Finished roll outside diameter Ø90–Ø355 mm and finished-roll core inside diameter Ø35–Ø80 mm.
KITCHEN TOWEL
Kitchen towel production with variable perforation pitch and available embossing, lamination and printing configurations.
INSTITUTIONAL / JRT
Institutional and JRT roll production on the same Grande platform.
TOILET TISSUE + KITCHEN TOWEL
Both products on one line. Variable perforation pitch and servo-controlled variable cutting length cover the two formats, with finished roll outside diameter from Ø90 to Ø355 mm and core inside diameter from Ø35 to Ø80 mm. Embossing, lamination and 1–2 color printing are available as options.
TOILET TISSUE + INSTITUTIONAL / JRT
Consumer and institutional rolls on the same Grande platform. The rewinder converts 1–3 ply web from 14–30 gsm across both, and the log saw cuts to variable length from logs 1500–3600 mm long at Ø90–Ø150 mm.
KITCHEN TOWEL + INSTITUTIONAL / JRT
Kitchen towel and JRT production from the same parent rolls, 1500 to 3600 mm wide. Variable perforation pitch and variable cutting length set each format, with two or three jumbo-roll stands available.

04 · ENGINEERING
CONTROLLED AT SPEED
Servo-drive control and variable perforation pitch support stable converting at high operating speed. The rewinder is configured around 1–3 ply web from 14–30 gsm.
ACCUMULATION TO CUT
The accumulator feeds the high-speed log saw at up to 35 logs/min. The saw is rated up to 230 cuts/min machine speed, with four rolls per cut and servo-controlled variable cutting length.
